I’m Lucía (Klyra), a passionate IT explorer and budding cybersecurity enthusiast. I combine hands-on customer-facing experience with technical responsibilities: maintaining the pharmacy's website and back office, handling orders and SEO, troubleshooting systems, and supporting customers in English, Spanish and Catalan. I enjoy building reliable systems and learning the defensive side of technology.
